Kalmac Ltd has been trading for 33 years carrying out specialist building and property services. Kalmac Ltd also carries out full renovation and rebuilding works, damp proofing and tanking, dry and wet rot treatments, specialised external wall coatings, crack repairs, elastometric roof coatings and general building works.

Kalmac Ltd also supply full insurance backed guarantees which cover our works between 10 – 30 years dependant on which were were carried out.

Kalmac Ltd has a number of employees which specialise in certain areas e.g. wet trades, tiling, carpentry, and damp proofing, granite works, dry and wet rot treatments, elastomeric roof coatings and painting/decorating.
